I have very painful menstruation, the kind that makes you want to throw yourself out the window. From my perspective, it doesn't completely relieve it but it helps make it more bearable. ❤️

The temperature is difficult to control in terms of its effect on my skin; it causes some pain because if I'm not careful haha, but it's logical, it's a matter of getting used to it.
I personally only like the vibration mode three, due to my intense pain it calms me more when it's continuous. I don't try the other modes much for that reason, but maybe it can help relax you if there are fluctuations in the rhythm.
The order took longer than other products I bought, but I don't regret it, it's really a great help. When it breaks, I'll buy another one. ❤️ 😌 Between this and medicine I can survive in my monthly hell haha.

Yes, absolutely. The Thermave™ belt features a highly stretchy, adjustable elastic strap. It is designed to fit all body shapes comfortably, from XS to XXL (fits waists up to ~50 inches).
The inner lining is made of soft velvet designed for skin contact. However, for the highest heat settings (45°C - 65°C), we recommend wearing a thin tank top or t-shirt underneath as a precaution, especially if you have sensitive skin.
The "Heat Only" mode is 100% silent. If you use the massage mode, it makes a very faint hum (similar to a phone on silent vibration). Under a sweater or in a normal office/classroom environment, no one around you will hear it.
On a full charge, the battery lasts between 2 to 3 hours of continuous use, depending on the heat and vibration levels used. This is perfect for multiple relief sessions throughout your day. It charges easily via USB.
